Our Tea Gardens
Quality
At CC Fine Tea, the overall quality of our tea is the most important thing. From tea garden to cup, we care deeply about every step, and we can speak about our teas with confidence and honesty to each and every customer.
CC Fine Tea manages the entire supply chain for many of our teas, and all our teas are sourced from our long-time trusted partners. Growing, harvesting, processing, roasting, and packaging are all carried out with the strictest quality control standards under Tea Master Chen’s expert guidance.
That is why we can offer you premium tea at a fair price–tea with an absolute guarantee of its origin and authenticity.
Authenticity
CC Fine Tea only sells real tea. Our teas are made from the appropriate variety of tea plant, grown in the correct tea region. This means our Dragonwell (Long Jing) Green Tea is really grown and processed in the Westlake area of Hangzhou. Our Phoenix Mountain Oolong comes straight from a tea garden on Phoenix Mountain in Guangdong Province. And our A Li Shan Oolong is grown high up on A Li Shan Mountain in Taiwan.
Our teas are always processed using traditional, time-honored techniques using superior standards for quality and consistency. Because our teas come from their native environment, we can grow them in the most natural, chemical-free way. In fact, our teas pass the strictest standards for chemical residues–those of the European Union.
Purity
All of our teas are cultivated and processed to our exact standards for quality and cleanliness. We value the quality of tea and quality of life, and we feel these go hand-in-hand.
Lu Yu, the great tea master who lived during China’s Tang dynasty, once said:
“One must guard oneself from plucking tea out of season, from manufacturing that does not catch its essence, or incorrectly adulterating it with plants or herbs. Drinking tea under those conditions can only lead to illness.”
We at CC Fine Tea feel that this is even more true today, where teas are often scented or blended to mask their impurities or disguise their origins. We take the quality of our teas very seriously and we taste and enjoy every tea we sell.
Tea Makes a Happy Day!
We are proud of our teas because of their high quality, consistency, and the strict adherence to traditional methods used throughout their growing and processing. Tea Master Chen spent years sourcing and perfecting these teas working with the farmers to grow and process each one to our very strict standards. We hope you enjoy!
