Tea for Wellness
White tea is full of healthy components, including catechins, polyphenols, and other antioxidants. Its properties are similar to certain types of Chinese Medicine. The tea gains complexity of flavor over time, and may increase in health benefits as well – many people in China are now aging White Peony just like Sheng (Raw) Pu Erh.
Dried rose flowers are high in vitamin C. Rose is thought to build immunity against colds and the flu, and is used in aromatherapy for its calming properties.
