- Our facility is in the Wuyi County of Zhejiang Province, the home of Mao Feng Green Tea, where it has been made since 100 years ago. Our tea facility complies with FSSC 22000 requirements for food Quality and safety.
- We use the original, local small leaf tea cultivar called Jiu Keng, which is a good fit for the region and grows extremely well.
- Soil in Wuyi is very rich, good for many agricultural products including tea. A tea plant growing in Wuyi County grows up to twice as high as the same tea plant in Fujian Province.
- Weather in Wuyi mountain area is perfect for green tea plant: not too cold in spring, not too hot in summer. There are foggy days and plenty of rain.

This is possibly my favorite tea. Lovely mellow flavors and a joy to drink all day. I usually brew it in the Smatcha auto tea brewer but also have used an infuser and the cold brewer. Always consistent enjoyable results.
